The Client: Crane & Company
Crane & Company remains family owned and managed, and is embarking on its third century as the United States' premier maker of fine papers for social and business correspondence. Its exclusive line of greeting cards, wedding invitation ensembles and other premier products are available in retail stores throughout the country and on its website, Crane & Company

The Challenge:
A brand long respected for quality and innovation, Crane wanted to be as successful in leveraging its brand online as well as it has been in both retail and direct mail over the years. With limited resources in-house, Crane decided to find a SEM partner to help achieve the company's Internet goals.

The Plan:
Crane selected @WSP for its first Search Engine Optimization project in 2001. In 2005, @WSP initiated Crane's Product Feed Programs and, in 2006, developed a comprehensive pay-per-click program for Crane's most important product lines.

The Results:
Crane has seen a steady increase in ROI from its Search Engine Marketing programs year over year, with an average annual increase of 175%.
