Vice President of Operations
A fast-growing search engine marketing (SEM) & Social Media firm is seeking a proven professional as its VP-Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct company operations to meet budget, revenues and profitability goals.
- Chief Quality Assurance Officer.
- Manage departmental staff and vendors.
- Manage processes for operational excellence in all areas.
- Help to establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Participate in client meetings, trade shows and other events as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The VP will have a clear understanding of operational challenges related to Internet Marketing and knowledge of standard technical requirements and practices surrounding E-commerce and Internet Marketing, as well as the ability to communicate same to staff. The VP will supervise staff in the areas of Client Services, Business Development, Paid Search, Social Media, and Finance/HR.
The candidate must be a high energy, can-do person who enjoys a fast-moving environment and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. Must think and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the company forward in conjunction with the VP-Search Strategies and the President to reach quarterly, yearly and long-term goals. Must truly like helping other people learn, feel valued and succeed.
- Ability to have a relentless focus on the "big picture" strategies while managing the work "in the trenches" that will bring the strategic goals to fruition.
- Be a relationship builder.
- Successful experience in planning, budgeting for and deploying marketing strategies, online and off.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- 5 years + progressively in-depth experience in an e-commerce and/or agency environment.
- 5 + years in supervisory position.
- Proven ability to motivate, train, benchmark and assess staff performance.

Search Engine & Social Media Marketing Specialist
Seeking a search engine marketing strategist with social media marketing experience to join our innovative and friendly team in delivering top results to wonderful clients. The right candidate will have proven PPC and/or SEO experience and be willing and able to contribute to growing these programs, as well as engage fully in social media marketing. The Specialist is expected to contribute to an enjoyable team environment, to initiate, to go the extra mile, and to build client relationships. This position is a fast-track career opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Building, testing, analyzing and reporting on Internet advertising campaigns, including Pay per Click search advertising; AdWords certification is required unless extensive SEO expertise is demonstrated.
- Understand and report on Internet visitor tracking; Analytics certification is a plus.
- Provide campaign insights/analysis in written format.
o Participate in phone/in-person trainings and consultation
o Assist in development and delivery of value-add's
- Mentor/train new team members.
- Design and construct landing pages.
- Contribute to developing, deploying and managing social media marketing programs.
- Innovate and communicate with all team members, to contribute to our momentum of fast growth while maintaining excellence in client services and client results.
